Luxury hotel-trained chef creating bespoke fine dining experiences and restaurant-level tasting menus in the comfort of your home.
I trained as a chef in Cali, Colombia and have worked in hospitality since graduating in 2012. Throughout my career I’ve collaborated with renowned Michelin-starred chefs such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Gabriel Kreuther, gaining experience across Japanese, Italian, French and contemporary American cuisines.
My work has allowed me to cook for celebrities, public figures and international guests including Rihanna, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Eric Adams and professional athletes, always under the standards of high-level hospitality and discretion.
For the past four years I’ve focused on private dining, translating restaurant-level service into intimate environments. Through Fede Gastronomy, I design personalized menus guided by seasonality, technique and aesthetics — creating experiences that feel refined yet comfortable.
My goal is simple: bring the precision of fine dining and the warmth of hospitality into every table I serve.
