I love cooking good food for good people. Seasonal cooking with italian influence.
I have been a private chef in NYC for the past four years, supported by five years of experience in restaurant kitchens. I studied at the Institute of Culinary Education and have worked as a sous chef at Untitled NYC and 232 Bleecker, gaining a strong professional foundation.
My cooking is vegetable-forward and seasonal, with a clear Italian influence. I grew up cooking alongside my grandmother and learning from her, an experience that shaped my approach to food and is something I believe all great cooks share.
