I have been a private chef in NYC for 4 years and have 5 years of restaurant experience. I went to the Institute of Culinary Education and have worked at Untitled NYC and 232 Bleecker as a sous chef. My cooking is vegetable forward and seasonal with italian inflence. I grew up cooking with and learning from my grandmother which I think all good cooks do.
