My name is Geneva Collins, born and raised in Brooklyn, Ny to West Indian parents. I grew up watching the men and the women cook in my family, at the age of 17 I assisted my dad at his restaurants in Staten Island, I helped my dad cook and prep food. I was a quick learner. My passion for cooking came from dining at several restaurants. The thrill of coming home and recreating so many dishes was so satisfying.
