From an early age, food has always been more than just nourishment for me — it’s been a way to connect, create, and celebrate life. Growing up, I was drawn to the kitchen, learning the traditions of family cooking and developing a love for bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and the power of sharing meals with others. Those early moments shaped my path and taught me that food is community, culture, and storytelling all in one.
What started as curiosity quickly grew into a passion. By my teenage years, I was experimenting with recipes, recreating flavors I’d tasted, and serving meals that brought people together. Cooking became my art form, my discipline, and my way of expressing gratitude and creativity.
When the world shifted during the pandemic, I turned that passion into a profession. With determination and faith, I built Chef Roberts Private Chef & Catering, a brand rooted in excellence, community, and personalized experiences. What began with small dinners and family gatherings has grown into a full-service operation — from intimate private dinners and brunches to large-scale catering events, corporate contracts, and specialized athlete meal-prep programs.
Today, I proudly serve Orlando, Miami, Tampa, and beyond, creating experiences that go far beyond the plate. My work has included:

I’ve gone from a child watching meals come together in a family kitchen to a chef building lasting memories with every dish. And I’m just getting started — my vision is to continue growing Chef Roberts Private Chef & Catering into a brand that feeds not just the body, but the spirit of every community it touches.
