I’m an Egyptian-Italian Executive Chef with over 20 years of professional experience in the culinary world. My journey began at the age of 16, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across Europe — including Italy, France, and England — before settling in Los Angeles in 2007.
Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles in renowned hotels such as Hilton and Marriott, where I mastered a wide range of cuisines including Italian, French, British, Middle Eastern, and American. My approach to cooking blends traditional flavors with a modern touch, always focusing on creativity, balance, and presentation.
As both a chef and content creator, I love sharing my culinary passion with others — whether it’s through private dining experiences, events, or digital content that celebrates food, culture, and innovation. I believe every dish tells a story, and my goal is to make each one unforgettable.
