I'm passionate about food and the joy it brings to all my clients when staff and I gets to deliver great service and great tasting food.
I am a professional chef working now for over 20+ years since graduating from Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, Florida. I'm from Jamaica in the Caribbean where diverse food cultures and cuisines are in abundance. This gives me a very unique perspective on food and how I am able to showcase ingredients from the region and around the world. I have had the privilege of cooking these foods for many different clients in private homes, on boats, for events, birthdays, weddings, corporate settings etc. I really enjoy what I do.
I'm the former Tv host on PBS for Taste the Islands. Two times Best of Show winner at South Beach Food & Wine Festival in Miami. Award winning chef for food and social activities. Great staff & food presentations.
