I am a professional chef and cooking instructor of international cuisine. From traditional latin cuisine to sashimi and sushi to fresh pasta and even french traditional cuisine. Whatever you are craving for I have a menu customizable just for you. I have worked in many restaurants around the Miami area including ZUMA Miami and La Centrale Italian Food Hall just to name a few. I studied culinary arts and hospitality management in Miami Dade and opened up my own company Global Palate Catering & Events to cater international flavors and to teach the art of cooking in the comfort of your home. I have many private clients that I cook for all over Miami on a weekly basis. Cooking is my passion and it will always be. I look forward to cooking for you very soon!
