Chef Ignacio and Vanessa were truly amazing and exceeded my expectations! He was able to revamp his dishes to accommodate my kosher diet. They also went out of their way to reorganize my living/dining area to give it a more intimate feel. This was the perfect anniversary gift. This experience with Chef Ignacio exceeded all of my expectations! He was communicative and accommodating from the beginning and made the entire process from proposal to cleanup flawless. Chef and his assistant Vanessa created an incredible atmosphere from the start. They went above and beyond to set the table and create an ambience that was professional and creative. Chef was friendly and fun, engaging and beyond talented with his culinary skills. Chef mixed and matched the menu selections for us based on our own preferences and made it truly personalized and custom to our wants. The food was next level delicious and the service was 10 stars, truly. My group and I agreed this private chef experience was the best part of our vacation and that we will hire Chef Ignacio again in the future. Don’t hesitate for a second, hire Chef Iganacio if you have the chance!
