Chef Israel is amazing!

If I could give Chef Israel 100 stars, I would. He was punctual, communicative, and the menu was *chefs kiss*. My dad (who ever eats raw fish) was asking for more raw fish because the dishes were incredible! Plus, being able to chase kids in our own environment vs a restaurant was priceless. We are so happy with our experience!

Chef Israel was great! He was flexible with our changing plans in the lead up to the event, and he made our family’s celebration special. Thank you!

Chef Israel was wonderful. My guest and I absolutely loved him. He explained each dish and came with his own dish ware which made the presentation so much better. The quality of ingredients he also chose were 5/5. We are excited to do another private dinner with him.

Israel was an incredible blessing to our family on our vacation. He created a delicious menu that was aesthetically pleasing and he was accommodating to our family needs with a pregnant woman and lots of littles who are picky eaters. Israel’s presence was discreet during our family time, yet he was very engaging and sociable with interactions and questions we had about the area and the meals. The food was incredible…beyond any meal experience we have had. And the kitchen was spotless at the end of the night! Would recommend his work again and again!!

Israel created a creative and unique menu for our family of six that we thoroughly enjoyed The salmon and filet mignon were so tender and cooked to perfection Some favorites were the beet salad and seared tuna with amazing accompaniments I would highly recommend

It was exactly what we’d hoped for!

Chef Israel created an amazing Thanksgiving menu for My family of 7 which included 2 small kids. Everything was beyond expectations. I can't even begin to explain how delicious and juicy the turkey was and the flavor of the food was out of this world. I will definitely be visiting Vail next year just to get a taste of his food again. I highly recommend him for an amazing experience.

Chef Israel was absolutely incredible! We had the best dinner and 7 course meal that every dish was better than the last! The thought and attention that went into every single detail on the dish made for an incredible culinary experience. Not to mention the presentation was amazing! Chef Israel was engaging and thou thoughtful and you can tell he is a true professional. I would recommend him 10000 times over again! Don’t snooze on booking him!

Our group loved chef Israel. The food was incredible and he made very nice accommodations for a guest who has allergies. They cleaned up before leaving and had everything prepped before arriving to make things easier. Food was amazing. 10/10 would recommend!

Israel came to the house early, and swiftly prepped and made the best meal we’ve ever had in our lives. I didn’t want to have too much influence on the menu and Israel far surpassed any expectations I’d ever have. Amazing, highly recommend and will plan on using again.
