I'm a caterer from Louisiana. I have two bachelor's degrees from Escoffier Culinary Institute. My first degree is basic Culinary science and the seconds is in the art of flavor. I'm in school part time to get my degree in Vegan and Clean eating. I come from a huge family of chefs and I've worked in restaurants and cafés my entire life. My food journey started when I was just 9 years old.
