Chef Top Tier Workshop

2020 was a tough time for all, however there were very positive things that came from the redirection of the year, one of which was the creation of the Top Tier Workshop. Co-owners and partner, Chefs Jamil Shakoor and Nick Sayles were longtime chefs in high-end establishments who found their lives at a standstill, just like many others during the pandemic. Naturally, after working together extensively in the restaurant industry, Chef Sayles and Shakoor decided to use their synergy to introduce people to the creative, vibrant flavors foodies would usually devour inside the glitzy restaurants of Miami straight to their doors during the pandemic. From there, the foundation was set empowering the two to cultivate high-end unique dining experiences showcasing their abstract way of thinking. Now, Top Tier Workshop shares their love of food through thoughtfully crafted tasting menus which often include drink pairings to elevate each course.
