I am a professional chef and have been cooking in and out of the US since 2002. I Arizona’s own acclaimed ramen chef and trained overseas at a American culinary federation accredited school as well as have a degree in nutrition, food studies, molecular gastronomy, and have done things from fine dining to the best ramen shop in Arizona more than once.
I was the winner of the east valley Chef off and semi finalists in tje 2020 Phoenix Knife Fight, 2nd at the Boulders chef burger battle and I have been featured on ramen adventures in Japan as well as on the travel Channel doing kangaroo crocodile and python. Being a chef is a dying art form and food education is just the beginning in understanding other cultures and our own history.
Its a skill I love to showcase and educate people on.
