I am a professional chef with four years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at Capsicum Culinary School in Pretoria, South Africa. My cuisine focuses on African food, especially influenced by my roots, as well as Mediterranean cuisine, one of my personal favorites, along with English and Asian cuisines.
In 2019, I worked with Dan Kluger at Loring Place in Manhattan, New York City, as a J-1 student. That experience strongly shaped my cooking style, particularly the casual yet delicious and visually appealing approach to dishes. I am currently working as a private chef in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
