I am a passionate chef who will go out of my way to please the client. I am loyal & a man of my word
I am a Chef from the United States, who has been cooking for over 30 + years. I attended culinary school in New York State. I describe my cooking style as whole some, comfort w/many styles. For many years, i was searching for an identity in the culinary world. I found out what it was after 30 years. A free spirit in the kitchen allows me to be creative and not being pinned down by one single style or cuisine. Identifying many cuisines gives me a creative advantage.
