I’m a passionate person who puts everything he has into each and every dinner. 16 years of experience, and I couldn’t see myself doing anything else

I began cooking at seven years old alongside my Sicilian grandmother, who didn’t speak a word of English. While other kids in my neighborhood were playing at the park, I was in the kitchen with her, learning techniques, traditions, and the quiet discipline of true craftsmanship. She taught me early on the value of cooking from scratch, respecting ingredients, and preparing food with intention. Those lessons became the foundation of my career and continue to guide my philosophy today.

With 16 years of professional restaurant experience — including eight years as an executive chef — I developed strong leadership skills, refined technique, and a deep understanding of kitchen operations. Over time, I chose to transition into private dining, where I could bring that expertise into a more personal and meaningful setting.

What I value most about private chef work is the connection. I enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding their tastes and preferences, and designing custom menus that reflect their vision. For me, it’s not just about cooking a meal — it’s about creating an experience rooted in authenticity, warmth, and the timeless traditions that first inspired me in my grandmother’s kitchen.
