I am a food and beverage enthusiast with skills to create memorable dining experiences.
I am a chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu. Following the formal training, I did an externship at Im Schiffchen in Düsseldorf, Germany. After returning to the US, I embarked on continual learning through experimenting, discovering a fondness for breads, baking, and pastries, as well as worldwide cuisines. At the same time learnt a plethora about beer and wine, focusing on pairings with food. Currently I live in Arizona and have continued to add to my arsenal by discovering the wonderful flavors of Mexico and its rich culinary tradition. I also actively work as a private chef with early plans to launch a BBQ restaurant.
