Hi,
I am achef with 11 years of experience.
I've worked for different kinds of restaurants and was exposes to different kinds of cuisines.
I worked at a members club for almost 7 years and the beauty about that is I was able to cook whatever I wanted therefore exploring a diverse collection of dishes. We had 1200 members so I had to make the menu as diverse as I can to accomodate to everyone's palette.
