I am a professional chef with 35 years experience in both the restaurant business as an Executive Chef in casual and Fine Dining and Private Cheffing. I wear two professional hats...besides being a Professional Chef, I am also a 7 time TONY AWARD Nominated Broadway Producer. Both cheffing an Broadway are "Productions" of sorts. I'm passionate about them both!!!
