I came to New York from Israel to attend the French culinary Institute. after working in NYC finest restaurants for over 15 years I decided to Start my own private chef business cooking delicious modern Mediterranean cuisine in the comfort of your own home.

I will create a delicious menu for any occasion.

When it comes to covid 19 I take it very seriously. I get tested regularly and while at your home are use face masks, gloves and sanitizers. My safety and yours is extremely important to me.

Fantastic experience!

Chef Lonnie was terrific. He was very personable and the dishes were unique and delicious!

Amazing experience! Lonnie was there every step of the way communication was superb, he really helped create a menu that catered to what we both wanted and remembered exactly what I didn’t like. He even made the exact meal 2 different ways as to not get onions in my portion but still getting the flavor in for my wife’s portion. He walked us through each course and still took the time to just converse with us on a friendly level. Cleaned up exceptionally well... honestly we were sad to see him go at the end of the night

Chef Lonnie cooked for me and my fiancé for his birthday. Lonnie had a great menu, was very communicative, and did everything he could to ensure we had a memorable evening. The food was amazing - high quality ingredients, creative, beautifully presented and delicious! We opted for the wine pairing too - and loved all of the wine options! Lonnie is a really nice guy, he was happy to chat to us when we asked questions and was very clean and respectful - I think our kitchen was cleaner after he left! I couldn’t recommend Lonnie more highly!

Wow! We were so impressed with Chef Lonnie! His menu was inventive and delicious. After so long at home during the pandemic, we almost forgot what true restaurant-quality food tastes like. From the beautiful edible flowers in the spring pea soup to the warm strawberry rhubarb cobbler, each course was a treat. We highly recommend him and can’t wait to have him cook for us again!

Chef Lonnie ensured that our private birthday dinner for two went seamlessly. I had requested grilled octopus and chilean seabass, and he made an amazing 3 course meal for us. Presentation was excellent and so was the explanation of dishes. He was friendly and left the kitchen spotless. Highly recommend his cooking!

We had a perfect experience with Chef Lonnie for our private dinner for 2 for my fiancé’s birthday. Can’t recommend him enough. Food was amazing, presentation was great, and he was very personable, talking us through the dishes every step of the way and answering all of our many questions about cooking! Plan on rebooking and have since recommended to friends.
