I am a Personal Chef with 14 years Professional Experience in the culinary World. I studied at Stratford university in Baltimore .Worked under Celebrity Chef David Chang and Alessandro Stratta in the beginning of my culinary career.
I’ve worked with various cuisines from ( Southern/Soul-food, South western, Modern French, Mediterranean, Italian and etc.. Once I started to further my Culinary Background I open my Own Catering Business called “Story on a Plate”. I was raised in a from scratch kitchen so everything from product to dishes I produced are fresh and from scratch .
My Objective behind my Passion for cooking is to give you a unforgettable experience and for every dish to tell you a story.
