Every dinner I create is fully personal. The menus on my profile are samples — a way to show my style and how I think about food. For each booking I compose a new menu around my guests' preferences, dietary needs, the occasion, and the ingredients at the height of their season, so the evening you receive exists once, and only for you.

I learned to cook in kitchens where dinner began at the market — choosing fish by the clarity of its eyes and herbs by their scent on my fingers — while the family gathered close to watch. That is still how I work. I am a European-trained private chef with more than two decades of private kitchen experience across Europe and now South Florida, and everything I serve is cooked from scratch, on-site, from ingredients sourced that morning — nothing arrives pre-made. In your home, the kitchen becomes part of the evening: you see the flame, hear the pan, and smell each course a moment before it reaches you.

My wife and I were amazed at the creations that Chef Staver and Alexi prepared. The ambiance they created for the dining area was nothing short of spectacular.
