I am a profession chef of over 10 years experience with a background largely in seasonal fine dining, but well adverse in many kinds of cuisines! I studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and have worked in some of the most well-regarded restaurants in the world, including Blue Hill in New York and Noma in Copenhagen. Chef Meytal was communicative and engaged through the menu planning process and was very amenable to making some changes even after we had already 'finalized' the dishes. She arrived right on time and was exceptionally prepared -- ready to go right out of the gate after getting familiarized with our kitchen. It was incredible watching a professional work! She prepared five courses for us. They were paced well, impeccably plated, and, most importantly, delicious. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had, and I am so glad that we were able to work with Chef Meytal to make this occasion even more special. We would absolutely work with her again!
