Michelle was a great chef to have cook for my parents' anniversary. She was professional, but also very warm while serving. Given my parents are slightly picky eaters, she was able to accommodate the dishes in her menu to fit their tastes for spicy food reminiscent of Indian food, but a different cuisine to expand their horizons. The portion sizes were large, so it was good for next day leftovers. She also made a crepe cake, my mom's favorite, on request and it was the best course of the meal. Highly recommend!
