I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. I’ve worked at many different fine dining establishments and gathered a lot of cooking experience and preparing different cuisines. I am very passionate about cooking and have been a chef for over 15 years here in New Orleans. I am always willing and ready to accept the challenge to prepare a new dish.
