A well rounded chef who uses fresh, local ingredients
I’m a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I attended culinary school at Orange coast college in Southern California while working at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Beach. After that moved to Hawaii for several years where I could use the freshest seafood paired with fresh produce to create exceptional international cuisine. After that I moved back to California where I was the team chef for the LA Galaxy soccer team, cooking healthy meals for the players post training lunch. I’m currently working in Southern California and Hawaii as a personal chef.
