I’m a chef bartender and server that is passionate about cooking, food and providing exceptional service.
I’m Chef Morgan, a culinary professional who grew up in a family-owned farm-to-table restaurant, where I learned that food is not only nourishment — it’s a way to bring people comfort, joy, and lasting memories. From an early age, I was surrounded by the warmth of the kitchen and the art of hospitality, shaping what would become a lifelong purpose: to nourish people’s souls through outstanding food, service, and atmosphere.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated my life to every aspect of food service and hospitality — from cooking, bartending, and wine curation to catering, event planning, and full-scale dining experiences. My philosophy is simple: “If you can dream it, we can create it.”
I’ve had the opportunity to refine my craft through diverse projects such as LA Peacock Events, Peacock Picnics, and Five Star Fifteen, each designed to offer distinctive culinary experiences — from intimate dinners and bespoke picnics to innovative pop-up dining events pairing five-star cuisine with sensory connection.
My approach to cooking blends the values I grew up with — fresh, locally sourced ingredients, heartfelt service, and attention to detail — with creativity and elegance. Every dish I prepare is meant to spark emotion, connection, and joy, turning a meal into an unforgettable experience.
For me, being a chef is about much more than food. It’s about hospitality, storytelling, and the shared human experience that comes from sitting around the table.
