I LOVE to cook for people. It brings me the greatest joy seeing the expressions of the people eating the food that I have prepared for them.
I've been in the industry for 16 years. In that time, I have cooked in many different professional kitchens from mom-and-pop hole in the wall establishments to fine dining Michelin to Celebrity chefs and private clients. My passion in food is creating beautiful dishes from locally sourced fresh ingredients. I work with many farmers to get beautiful products for my customers. The best of the best is the core of my cooking.
