I am a chef who is passionate about the art of cooking and making people happy.
I’m a professional chef with five years of experience. I graduated from the International Culinary Center in 2015 and started my career at ABC Kitchen, where I spent two formative years mastering service and kitchen discipline. I then worked with Chef Ryan at Charlie Bird, focusing on the beauty and technique of pasta, and later had the pleasure of collaborating with Juan de Lezo and Chef Ayesha at Shuka, deepening my knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
My cooking blends classical technique with seasonal ingredients and a love for well-executed, flavorful dishes.
