Growing up in an Italian family, all I can remember doing was cooking and eating. I was immersed in a culture where food brought family together and kept them close. For me, Italian food is comfort food. It’s fresh pasta and rustic dishes; seasonal, classic, and beautiful in all its simplicity.

It was a great experience. Nicole’s food was delicious

Chef Nicole was fantastic.

My original chef had complications with attending our original plans. But take a chef was quick to eat mail me and issue me somebody else who was very capable and willing to work with me on the original menu chosen. Chef Nicole was on time, on point and very accommodating the me and my evening.

Chef Nicole was absolutely wonderful and skilled, of course, though especially to produce such beautiful plating and delicious dishes in such tiny kitchen quarters - a true New Yorker! The crabcakes were to die for! My SO and I had a lovely evening and service and would definitely book Chef Nicole again.
