Cuisine enthusiast I love to seek perfection in every dish I put out

I am a professional chef with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, with over 25 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. While in school, I worked with Catering with Distinction in Boston for 10 years before moving on to the Ritz-Carlton, where I served as the Lead Banquet Cook, responsible for all banquet breakfasts and lunches.

I also worked the overnight shift, preparing the morning breakfast line team and prepping both hot and cold foods. I later continued with the Ritz-Carlton in Philadelphia and New York as one of their banquet chefs.
