I’m Oscar, a 29-year-old chef born in Sicily — in the heart of the Mediterranean — where authentic flavors and simple, seasonal ingredients shape everything I cook. I’ve worked in kitchens around the world (London, Miami, New York, Santo Domingo and more), always trying to steal new aromas, techniques and inspirations to bring back to my cuisine.
