My name is Pasquale "Paco" Frola.
I define myself as a chef with motivational skills, leadership, personality, and a passion for the industry; always focusing on high quality, use of local ingredients, and simple preparations.
I am Italian, born and raised in Naples, Italy. I came to the states when I married a wonderful woman and I have lived in the New York City area for almost fifteen years now. My continuous will to improve, and my aim for perfection, always stimulates me to find new sources to let me achieve my professional goals.
Before moving to America, I worked in Italy, France, Germany, and England. I have also worked world wide with Silversea Cruises, a top luxury cruise company, reaching a grade of experience and skills which gave me the opportunity to “swim” in different cooking pots.
I'm glad to be here and share my passion and interest cooking, cooking, cooking!!!!
My cooking influences are a blend of Italian, Mediterranean and European cuisine, but my real love is a very good Italian Cuisine, always fresh, always simple.

Chef Pasquale was such a warm, personable person who made our night so enjoyable. He is extremely talented in cooking and also very passionate about his craft. Every dish he presented to us was beautifully plated and the flavors were out of this world. It was honestly some of the best food I ever tasted and that is due to Paco’s creativity and use of quality ingredients, which he explained he is very meticulous about. Overall, the experience was amazing and I highly recommend inviting Chef Paco into your home!

Chef Pasquale was incredible. He made our entire experience and night special and the food was absolutely delicious! You can tell by the ingredients he used that he really cares about his clients and the quality of the meals! He bought such a wonderful authentic flare to each dish, as well as, great stories about the ingredients, himself, and Italy. His personality and passion made the dinner easy, relaxing, and memorable!! We would highly recommend Chef Pasquale to anyone looking for the perfect day or night!

We had the most incredible experience with Chef Paco. A true professional who is passionate about good quality food. He was delightful to have in our home and made our families dinner very enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend him. He was also very accommodating for my mother who is a vegetarian.
