I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience, I have worked alongside the best chefs in the world such as Alain Ducasse, Daniel Boulud, and David Bouley. I have been lucky to travel all over the world to pursue my passion for cooking and learn different cuisines. I strive to use my knowledge to curate and create new dishes, new food experiences. Vegetables are my favorite ingredient to cook. During my experience, I have been the executive chef of Alain Ducasse cooking school. I like teaching and sharing my knowledge about cooking, and being able to learn from anyone: your secret grandma' recipe or the new trick you've learned in your kitchen!
