Seafood chef and Mediterranean Cuisine

I am 26 years old. I have 10 years of culinary experience. I graduated with a bachelors in gastronomy and culinary arts in 2021. After graduation, I worked in Doha, Qatar for Marriott Resort. Then, I moved to Denmark in 2023 to work at Koks Restaurant, the best seafood restaurant in the world at the time with 2 Michelin stars. After my time in the Faroe Islands, I moved to my current location in Napa, California during 2024. I worked for Auberge Du Soleil (one Michelin star) for one year.
