Chef de Cuisine of Ocean Room complex, located within a highly exclusive club in Key Largo. With over 18 years of experience in the industry, I have learned many cuisines through experience. Italian, mediterranean, mexican, cajun/creole, high level seafood and steakhouses. Highly skilled and motivated curating vegan and vegetarian menus. Easily able to handle all sorts of allergies. Very versatile chef who is able to produce from super casual, to carefully curated tasting menus. Easy to work with and willing to go extra miles to ensure all guests leave with a true and memorable experience.
