I am a professional French chef with over 20 years of experience, and I truly enjoy every moment of my craft. I trained in Europe for many years in Michelin-starred restaurants, where I developed a strong foundation in classical techniques, discipline, and a deep respect for quality ingredients.
Fifteen years ago, I moved to California and quickly fell in love with its vibrant culinary culture and exceptional local produce. Since then, I have been dedicated to sharing my philosophy of good food, good friends, and good wine — creating experiences that bring people together around the table.
I approach my work with sincerity and a deep respect for the craft of cooking. My goal is always to deliver honest, refined cuisine that reflects both tradition and the joy of sharing a memorable meal.
