I'm a very talented chef with over 9 years of professional cooking experience, a Bachelor in culinary arts and management. 4 years of management experience as sous Chef and Executive Chef, 6 years in multiple fine dinning, 5 years working with high volume kitchen and diverse ingredients from different cultures.
