I am an organized professional, I pride myself on executing others dreams and desires. I have ideas and styles of my own with a foundation in French cuisine and technique but my abilities are vast and not limited to. I have worked several years in intensive, fine dining kitchens as well as several other food and agricultural productions i.e. cheese making, wine making, butchering. Growing up in coastal California, I love to cook with an emphasis on our available seasonal bounties. I cook, eat, and feed with expression and love. Blending passion, creativity, and work has been a crazy journey but led me to a route where I am truly happiest cooking.
