I am from southern Italy, I moved to NYC 20 years ago and worked in restaurants since. I have always loved cooking, I had my own little bar/restaurant called YN where I would cook right in front of customers and also make cocktails for them.

Chef Sylvana’s food was top notch. Many of the dishes required significant prep including sourdough focaccia from a homemade starter brought back from Puglia. All elements of the dishes thoughtfully crafted, handmade ricotta, melting beef, roasted tomato sauce with an unexpected element that was delicious. The sauces were particularly balanced and flavorful. She is a lovely person, welcoming and personable and the kitchen was spotless when she left. Highly recommend!!

We had an amazing home cooked Italian mea during our stay I on Bonita Beach. Chef Silvana Creanza’s food was all home made and the food just kept coming. Her home made pasta and breads were amazing. Hope to use her again in the future.
