I grew up in the restaurant industry, with over 10+ years of experience developing my skills in the kitchen. I spent 5 years traveling the world, immersing myself in diverse culinary traditions and learning about food and flavors from cultures around the globe. Now, as a personal chef, I specialize in crafting dishes inspired by Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Japanese cuisines, all with a distinctive American twist. I believe in using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to bring out the best in every dish, combining the fresh, bold flavors I’ve learned along my journey.

As a personal chef, i cook rustic, seasonal dishes that highlights the freshest locally sourced and foraged ingredients. My approach is all about bold, natural flavors, simple yet refined techniques, and a deep respect for quality ingredients.
