I strive for the perfect balance of taste and aroma in every dish.

I am a professional chef with six years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at the Institute Of Culinary Education in New York City. In 2020 I joined an amazing team at Sol by the Sea in Key Largo, Florida where I worked for 3 years as a Sous chef. After 3 years I decided to go back to the Institute of Culinary Education and learned all I could in the world of pastry.
