Throughout my career, I’ve worked in everything from casual kitchens to fine dining restaurants, including Michelin-rated properties, developing a strong foundation of technique and professionalism.
I am highly self-motivated and disciplined, always striving to improve and refine my craft. My culinary background includes experience in German, French, Italian, and American cuisines, allowing me to create versatile and well-executed dishes for a wide range of tastes.
