Certified Executive Chef spanning 10+ years experience across Europe and the US achieving a BA in Culinary Arts from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland. I was fortunate early on in my career to live and work across France, experiencing the abundance of culinary history and influence, in addition to cooking alongside renowned Chefs preparing classic, high-end French cuisine.
My cooking abilities were further stretched as I created menus specific to various dietary needs. In particular, incorporating Gluten-free both into family meals and corporate events.
In addition to my Chef role, I have appeared on various TV Cooking Shows as both a guest and host. Home Made Simple (OWN Network), Stuart's Kitchen, Upcoming NBC show, etc.
I firmly believe the single most important rule to cooking and the secret to producing good food is using fresh, local and top-quality ingredients.
