I am a Certified Executive Chef with over 10 years of experience across Europe and the United States. I hold a BA in Culinary Arts from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland. Early in my career, I had the privilege of living and working in France, where I immersed myself in its rich culinary heritage and trained alongside renowned chefs, mastering classic high-end French cuisine.
My skills continued to evolve as I began creating customized menus tailored to specific dietary needs, with particular expertise in gluten-free cuisine for both family gatherings and corporate events. I take pride in designing inclusive menus that never compromise on flavor or presentation.
Beyond the kitchen, I have appeared on several television cooking shows as both a guest and host, including Home Made Simple, Stuart’s Kitchen, and an upcoming NBC program.
I firmly believe that the foundation of great cooking lies in using fresh, local, and top-quality ingredients. This philosophy guides every dish I create, ensuring an exceptional dining experience rooted in quality, authenticity, and care.
