Uptown New Orleans–born and raised, I am a Chef and Baker (AAS, CTS), with experience as a Pastry Cook at Augusta National and as a Commis Chef for the Bocuse d’Or Americas. I am deeply passionate about sharing the food, culture, and hospitality that make my home globally known.

As a New Orleanian, you’re a foodie before your first steps, so being a chef truly feels like home. This is why every experience is carefully handpicked, making each gathering intimate, intentional, and unforgettable.
