Get to know me better

I consider cooking to be an expression of love. There's nothing I like more than seeing people happy with the food that I have cooked for them.

I'm a professional chef with 5+ years of restaurant experience on all ends, from dishwasher to server, and of course plenty of kitchen experience. I have worked as a sous chef for private chefs with clientele all over California and the continental United States. I enjoy cooking homestyle comfort meals, but am open to and able to operate within all cuisine styles. I appreciate a challenge when offered one, whether it be operating within dietary restrictions or intolerances, or simply preferred flavor profiles. A constant learner, I seek out opportunities to cook and eat as much variety on a daily basis as is possible.
