I build flavorful, ingredient-forward menus that honor tradition while minimizing waste, and I adapt confidently to any dietary restriction — from vegan and gluten-free to other allergies — without compromising on technique or taste. Whether I’m crafting a refined tasting menu or a relaxed, convivial meal, my goal is to make every guest feel included and celebrated at the table.

I own and operate Cedar’s Cafe in Melbourne, Florida, where I lead a small team focused on seasonal sourcing, smart procurement, and thoughtful plating. My background spans restaurant service, private events and catering, and I bring that versatility to every project: menu design, kitchen leadership and guest experience. Above all, I strive to create delicious food that’s responsible, memorable and welcoming.
