Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in high-level gastronomy, refining my technique and attention to detail in demanding culinary environments.
I have also worked at Pisteris and across a wide range of cuisines, including Italian, Mexican, Mediterranean, Peruvian, American, and Japanese, in cities such as New York, New Jersey, and the Bronx.
