Get to know me better

I’m a dedicated chef, and I absolutely love what I do.

I’m Vlad, a private chef from Ukraine. My mom was a chef, my aunt owned a restaurant, and the kitchen was my favorite playground growing up — that’s where my passion for cooking began.

In Ukraine, I worked in several kitchens, but it was in Lviv — as a sous chef at a small French restaurant with its own escargot farm — where I truly found my voice. After moving to the U.S., I joined Sylvan Table in Michigan, helping lead their sustainability efforts, and most recently worked at MILA in Miami, one of the highest-grossing restaurants in the country.

I’ve cooked alongside Michelin-starred chefs, hosted pop-ups, and organized charity dinners for Ukraine. For me, cooking is more than a job — it’s a craft and a way to connect with people through food.
