I’m a biopharma scientist with a passion for cooking flavorful, nutrition-balanced Asian dishes that nourish both body and soul.
As a biopharma scientist with a Ph.D., I’ve spent years conducting real experiments at the bench—where precision, creativity, and patience are key. Along the way, I discovered that cooking is my favorite kind of experiment. While pursuing my degree, I honed my culinary skills, especially in Asian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with modern, health-conscious twists. My kitchen became my second lab—a place where I could unwind, get creative, and craft meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious. Whether it’s a comforting bowl of miso soup or a vibrant stir-fry packed with seasonal vegetables, I cook with care, balance, and a deep love for flavor and wellness.
