Chef Simplice is a professionally trained chef with over 15 years of cooking experience. His dining company and name of his future restaurant is "La Cuisine Du Baobab".
He attended culinary school in France at Chateau Des Vaux. After completing school, He worked at an array of different Parisian restaurants. Now, the chef hosts private dining experiences at his flat, client's homes, and event spaces. He specializes in events like weddings and group dinners.

Chef Simplice provided an amazing experience for our party. Leading up to the evening everything was well communicated and preferences and special requests were handled perfectly. Couldn't have asked for more!

Chef Simplice was nothing short of amazing. After much back and forth we agreed upon a French/Cameroon menu and my family could not have been happier. The French dishes (mushroom tart, eggplant croquette in an acorn squash purée, the excellent cheese course with the local Brie and the pear crumble in a caramel source topped with caramel ice cream) were all excellent. The Cameroon dish was just superb. The fresh bar (sea bass) in a tasty marinade and the excellent sides of cassava, plantains, vegetables and the really special spinach side with smoked fish and chicken from the chef’s mother in Cameroon were a unique treat. The hot sauce was a great addition. We could not have been happier and the family was raving about the dinner all the next day. I highly recommend chef Simplice and this terrific menu. The chef and his assistant were highly professional and provided top notch service top to bottom. Thanks so much for the opportunity to share this wonderful meal which was a highlight of our week visiting France.

This was our last night of a 12 day vacation and we wanted to do something special. Chef Suplice was amazing. The food was so good, the service, the cleanup, and we enjoyed it very much.

A great chef very accommodating and price sensitive towards people's budgets...
We had a tarte tatin and mouse chocolat made from scratch the kids enjoyed watching him make them.
On the main course he incorporated scallops and shrimp and delivered a very delicious summer risotto
